The full run, from the back of the dryer to where the vent leaves the building, using reverse suction air-jetting on long high-rise runs. Not sure yours needs it? The inspection is free.
Maintenance: coil cleaning, drain line suction and drain check, drain cleaner and pan treatment with algae tablets, a performance check, and a new filter (yours, or $20).
Float switch: a compatible switch mounted to the condensate drain pan and wired to shut the system off when water rises. In a high-rise, that's the difference between a tripped breaker and a ceiling repair for the unit below. I test it and show you how it works.
Lutron programming, keypad and shade setup, and battery swaps. Smart locks, video doorbells and cameras. Thermostats. Getting Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home to see everything and work together again.
Streak-free interior panes, and balcony-side panes where they can be reached safely. Building rates are on each building page.

If a job needs a licensed plumber or electrician, I'll tell you rather than take on work I shouldn't.
A mystery leak, a dead disposal, a noise you can't place. In about 30 minutes I find the cause and give you a clear estimate. If you go ahead, the $75 comes off the repair.
Don't see your job? Text me a photo. If it's not something I do, I'll point you to someone who does.
