Dryer vent cleaning
Vent and secondary trap cleaning, using a reverse suction air-jetting technique built for long high-rise vent runs.
HVAC maintenance
Coil cleaning, drain line suction and drain check, drain cleaner and pan treatment with algae tablets, performance measurement, and filter replacement (yours, or $20).
HVAC float switch
A compatible switch mounted to the condensate drain pan and wired to shut the system off when water rises, so a clogged drain never reaches the unit below. Tested and demonstrated.
Window cleaning
Interior panes, streak-free.
Annual Condo Care
HVAC, dryer vent, kitchen, every bathroom and the safety checks, with an HVAC return visit at six months and a written report. What's included
