Hi, I'm Austin Smith.
I've been doing this work since 2014: first as a contractor for private family estates, then as a building engineer at The Austonian, then as a construction manager for Perry Homes. In 2024 I started Austin's Handyman Services to do the work myself, for people I get to know. Most of my customers live in downtown high-rises, and I also work in houses and businesses all over greater Austin.
Running a building taught me how high-rise units actually fail: clogged condensate drains, packed dryer vents, worn seals. That's why so much of what I do is maintenance that stops the expensive call before it happens.

Estimates are free. If I find something unexpected, I stop and ask first.
