Common questions

Do I need to be home?

No. I just need access to your unit, and if you're not home I'll make sure everything is locked when I leave.

Is this worth it for a newer condo?

Absolutely. New construction often leaves debris in dryer vents, dust on HVAC coils, leaky plumbing and loose hinges. I also do new-condo inspections, so problems can be fixed under the builder's warranty while it still applies.

Can I buy it for a rental unit?

Yes. Renters are often responsible for many of the items I check, so it works for owners and tenants alike.
