Privacy and Cookies Policy
This site belongs to Austin's Handyman Services, a one-person business in Austin, Texas. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what I do with it.
What I collect
- What you send me. If you fill out the estimate form, I receive your name, phone number, email if you give it, your building or neighborhood, and your description of the job. If you text, call or email, I receive whatever you send.
- Bookings. Online booking is handled by Square. When you book, Square collects the details it asks for under its own privacy policy.
- Basic site statistics. The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, give you a price, schedule and do the work, and keep normal business records. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
The estimate form is delivered to my inbox by a form service (Web3Forms). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Bookings and payments go through Square. Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. The booking page on Square and the fonts loaded from Google may set or read their own.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing info@austinshandymanservices.com or texting 512-944-5589.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
