Dryer vent cleaning
Move the washer and dryer, clean the vent hose between the dryer and the wall, and clean the duct from the wall to the outside of the building.
Annual unit maintenance check
Interior paint touch-ups identified, cabinet and door adjustments and hardware tightening, shower caulk inspection and touch-up, light bulb and device battery replacement, dishwasher filter cleaning, plumbing fixture cleaning and inspection, toilet leak detection and valve exercise, electrical safety checks (GFCI, cords), appliance coil and drain cleaning, and window and door seal inspection.
HVAC float switch
A compatible switch mounted to the condensate drain pan and wired to shut the system off when water rises, so a clogged drain never reaches the unit below. Tested and demonstrated.
Window cleaning, interior
Interior panes, streak-free.
